He is survived by his devoted and caring wife, Almeda Dixon-Lee; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Denia; two grandsons, Granville and Bronson Lee; one brother Richard Lee; three sisters, Margaret Murray, Mahalia Wright and Phylis Archer; six sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Lovelace, Mary Flenoury-Dixon, Dorothy Dixon, Claudine Dixon, Joyce Dixon and Hilda Dixon; two brothers-in-law, Rev. Dr. Franklin R. Dixon and Robert Lovelace and a host of nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be held on Friday, March 16, at the Alfred Street Baptist Church, 301 South Alfred Street, Alexandria,, 10 a.m. viewing, 11 a.m. Interment will take place Saturday, March 17, at 2 p.m. at the Dixon Family Cemetery, Nathalie. Services entrusted to Dunn & Sons Funeral Service.
