Mrs. Margaret Worley
Margaret L. Worley was born April 5, 1845, she departed this life at her home at Exline, Iowa, July 18, 1920, at the age of 75 years, 4 months and 13 days. She united with the Christian church at Mendota, Mo., in 1862, and later transferred her membership to the Christian church at Exline, Iowa.
She was married to James Worley March 6, 1865. To this union were born seven children, four of them have preceded their mother in death. Those left to mourn her loss are an aged husband, who has been in poor health for some time, John Worley and Aseneth Abbott, of Exline, Lot Worley, of Centerville, three sisters and two brothers: Susan Melagin, of Centerville, Zerilda Cummons and Elizabeth McKinley, of Unionville, Mo., John Harmon, of Centerville, and Isaac Harmon, of Ottumwa, five grand children and a host of friends.
Note: Margaret was the daughter of Milford Harmon and Mary Jane "Polly" Pennington. She married James W. Worley in Putnam County, Missouri on March 6, 1865
