Mrs. Mary Agnes Browne, wife of M. J. Browne, died at her home on Eighth Street, Faribault, Sunday, August 22, of paralysis, from which she had been a sufferer for some years. Funeral services were held at the Church of the Immaculate Conception Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock. Deceased was born in St. Paul January 10, 1856, and when eight years of age removed to Wheatland, Rice County, with her parents, Patrick and Rose McQuillan Tierney. November 25, 1877, she was married to Michael J. Browne, of Shieldsville. She is survived by her husband, ten children, two brothers and four sisters.
