Cole, Opal Irene (Gadd), 84, passed away March 12, 2012 at Rockford Manor Nursing Home. She was a Protestant by faith and retired in 1976 from Western High School's lunchroom.
Opal is preceded in death by her husband, John R. Cole and parents, Charlie and Lizze Gadd.
Survivoris include her daughter, Patricia Faye Cole; "other" daughter, Deborah Coultas (Steve); and special friends, Betty Baker(Tony) and Mary Devine; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 7pm Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Chasteen Cope Cemetery in Clearcreek, Ky at 11am on Wednesday. Visitation will be Tuesday 2PM until the service at 7PM.
