Nora E. Blotzer, 97, of Friendship Manor in Morgantown, died Monday, June 19, 2000, at the Madison Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
She was born May 13, 1903 in Johnston, Scotland, a daughter of the late Anthony and Mary O'Neill McGlynn.
She was a member of St. John's Parish. She was formerly a secretary for the Iron City Electric Co., in downtown Pittsburgh, for 10 years. She was also a former member of the Catholic Daughters of America.
She is survived by a daughter and spouse, Naomi F. and Dr. Edwin J. Morgan, of Morgantown; two grandchildren, Katherine Ann Morgan and Theresa and spouse, Gary Goldsholle; and a great-grandson, Evan Goldsholle.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leo M. Blotzer and seven brothers and sisters.
Memorial service will be at St. John's University Parish at a later date. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Pittsburgh at a later date.
