Thomas married Jane Willis. Probably in Wilkes Co.,GA. Their first daughter, Anna, was born there March 1790. About 1808, Thomas, along with family & friends, moved to Maury Co., TN, near the small town of Stiversville. His son, Allen, was the minister at New Ramie for many years.
