Mrs. Kelly was a longtime resident of the community.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Amelia Beloso Thompson; a daughter, Pauline Treloar; and a step-brother, Walter Smith.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Howard Avenur Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi. A service will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home with burial in Biloxi National Cemetery.
