MSgt Bertram L. Trafford, USAF (Ret), 80, entered into rest on Thursday, March 8, 2012.

Bertram was born on May 18, 1931 in Glidden, Iowa. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force from which he retired as Master Sergeant. Bertram was a member of Way Truth and Life Full Gospel Church, he loved to golf, and he was also a Red Tie Volunteer with the Houston Medical Center. His son, Frederick Meek; first wife, Evelyn Trafford; parents, Hubert A. Trafford and Elma J. Tharpe Trafford; and eight brothers and sisters, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Marlana Sue Trafford, Bonaire; children, Michael Trafford (Debra), Missouri, Patricia Hanke (Gerry), Perry, Carol Boyd (Richard), Warner Robins, Kelly Love (Mark), Bonaire, and Lonnie Meek (Cindy), Warner Robins; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Betty Warnke, Carroll, Iowa.
