Okley Alonzo Perkins, 90, of Oklahoma City, OK, and formerly of Nampa, died on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 1995, in a Bethany, OK, hospital. Okley Alonzo Perkins was born on May 23, 1905, in Ord, Nebraska. He was reared and educated in Nebraska. He graduated from Grand Island Business College in Grand Island, NE. He married Amy Marie Chaffin on July 4, 1929, in Scottsbluff, NE. Following their marriage they made their home in Nebraska until 1934 when they moved to Butte, MT. In 1974 they moved to Nampa. Mrs. Perkins preceded him in death in 1975. Following her death he continued to make his home in Nampa until 3 months ago when he moved to Oklahoma to be near his son, Hal. Okley worked for Great Western Sugar Co., Fuller Brush Co. and Safeway Stores Inc., from which he retired as Zone Controller in 1969. Okley was a member of the College Church of the Nazarene. While residing in Montana he served as treasurer for the Rocky Mtn. Dist. Church of the Nazarene, treasurer of the Butte Exchange Club and as a Scout Master for Boy Scouts of America.

Okley is survived by his son, Rev. Hal Perkins, his wife Debbi and their children, David, Dana, Debra and Daniel, all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter, Sharan Skinner, Nampa, and her children, Debbie Dillon, Boise, Steven Dillon, Del Ray Beach, FL, and Paul Dillon, Oklahoma City, OK; daughter, Marilyn Lutz and her husband, Harland of Wilmore, KY, and their children, David Lutz, St. Paul, MN, Robley Lutz and his wife Cheryl, Louisville, KY, and their 5 children; 5 step grandchildren, Christy, Tareesa, Annette, Rebekah and Rachel; 6 step great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Lola McPhie, SLC, UT, Dora Worley in CA, and a brother, Gene Perkins Tau, TX. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Shirley Marie in 1935, a grandson, Daniel Arthur Lutz in 1988, step grandson, Daniel Paul Skinner in 1988, step great grandson, Christopher Michael Kemp, a sister and 3 brothers.
