PERDUE, Maria Bowman, ("Peggy"), 75, of 928 Rose St., Clifton Forge, died Thursday, July 7, 1994, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lois Witten, Roanoke.
She is survived by two daughters, Lou Ada Shelton of Scottsville and Lois Anita Witten of Roanoke; five sons, Marcus Noah Perdue, Jr. of Staunton, Ward Lee Perdue of Orange Park, Fla., Carl A. Perdue of Winston-Salem, N.C., Donald Wayne Perdue of Ashland and Glenn Dean Perdue of Clifton Forge.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, 2 p.m. Clifton Forge Presbyterian Church with Dr. William O. Moore officiating, interment in the Alleghany Memorial Park. The family will receive friends this evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
