Margaret E. Thomas, 47, wife of Clever Thomas, Boiling Springs Mtd. Route, died Sunday morning at her home following a brief illness. She was a seasonal employee of the C. H. Musselman Company's Gardners plant. She was born in Shippensburg, a daughter of Daniel Cook and the late Minnie (Jones) Cook. They were former residents of Waynesboro.
She is survived by her husband and four sons: William Thomas, Richard Thomas, Donald Ray Thomas and Terry Lee Thomas, all at home; one daughter, Mrs. Delores Fair, Mt. Holly Springs; two brothers, Albert Thomas and Fred Thomas, Shippensburg; four sisters, Mrs. Annabelle Knodel; Mrs. Esther Coldsmith and Miss Jennie Cook, all of Shippensburg, and Mrs. Sarah Diehl, Steelton.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Joseph W. Gibson Funeral Home, Mt. Holly Springs, with the Rev. Calvin Cole officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle.Friends may call Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
