Arthur Mannering Jester Sr. MD was born in Texas on December 29th 1914. He is the son of the Rev John Roberts (D.D.) and Annie Allen Perry Jester. He had four brothers: Perry Northen Jester 1902–1902, John Roberts Jester Jr 1906–1908, Dana Edward Jester 1909–, and Harold Thomas Jester 1914–1933. He married Moseill Breeding Jester. He was a Captain in the MED Corps US Army during WWII’s Pacific Theatre Operations. He died on November 6th 1983 in Danville, Boyle County, Kentucky at the age of 68 and is buried there in the Bellevue Cemetery.
