Born in Morann, PA, Mrs Boytim had been an Akron resident since 1925. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church and the Sanctuary Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, John Lawrence Boytim. Surviving Mrs. Boytim are daughters and sons-in-law, Kathleen and Leo Miller of Akron, Dorothy and W.W.Barnard of Paducah, KY; grandchildren, Megan (John) Westerfeld of Lexington, KY, Linda Bilton of Paduucah KY, Randall Coburn of Lexington, KY; brothers, Martin (Bea) Taszreak of Custer, MI, Anthony (Marie) Taszarek of Warren, MI; sister Mary Gmerek of Centerline, MI; also nieces and nephew, host of other relatives, and many friends.
Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family suggests that memorials may be made to St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 2603 Benton St., Akron 44312 or Nurses 'House Call, 291 N. Cleveland-Massillon Rd., Akron 44333
