RUSSELL - Peter Krug, Russell, 90, Rt. 2, Russell, died Friday, (March 14, 1975), in Russell Hospital. He was a longtime farmer in Russell County. Born April 13, 1884, in Russia, he came to the U.S. in 1900. He married Othelia MORGENSTERN in 1904. She died March 17, 1962. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.
Survivors: sons Tillman & Clarence, both Russell; daughters Mrs Bernhardt (Josephine) Deines, Mrs Isabelle Bradford, both of Russell; 7 grandchildren; 13 gt-grandchildren; 1 gt-gt-grandchildren. In addition to Mrs. Krug, he was preceded in death by six brothers, two sisters, and two children.
Funeral Tues at 2 p.m. at the church with Pastor Herman Frerichs officiating. Burial in church cemetery. Cline Funeral Home in charge.
