Cora Sophia Sorenson Phillips, 96, of Springville, died Tuesday, June 4, 1991, at a Provo care center, of causes incident to age. She was born August 30, 1894, in Spanish Fork, to Soren and Mary Jane Butler Sorensen. She married Earl S. Phillips, September 26, 1918. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died February 1975. She is survived by one daughter, Catherine Hunter, Provo; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Fawn Halverson. Burial was June 7, 1991.
