Norman was born in Columbus Ohio on June 29, 1957 to the late Howard and Carolyn (Sanders) Heil.
Son of Howard Eugene Heil Sr. born in Ohio and Carolyn SANDERS Heil born in Henry County, Stockbridge, GA.
Both of Norman's parents above buried in Johnstown, OH at Green Hill Cemetery. Brother of Howard Eugene Heil Jr. (GENE) and Marshall Lynn Heil.
A Memorial Service for Norman Heil of Johnstown was held at the New Covenant Community Church, 8408 Johnstown Utica Rd, Johnstown, Ohio on Saturday January 14, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
He died January 5, 2012 at the Selma Markowitz Center operated by Hospice of Central Ohio. He was 54 and was diagnosed with lung, liver and bone cancer. Misdiagnosis at first was COPD early 2011 and then Summer cancer.
Norman grew up in Johnstown and was a member of the Johnstown HS class of '75, served in the US Army and worked as an HVAC Technician. He loved to race cars, rebuild engines, play the guitar and rebuild computers.
He is survived by his wife Dreama (Kelley), daughter Angela Heil and son Chris (Gerri) Heil, grandsons Keaton and Wiott Heil; brothers Marshall (Tina) Heil and Howard Eugene(GENE) Heil, nieces Delaney Kirkpatrick and Kennedy Heil, all of Johnstown, and brother-in-law Randy (Ann) Kelley of Hilliard, and the family pet Shiatsu "Lucky".
