Marsden Haws passed away November 27, 2005 in Bountiful, Utah. Born August 20, 1920 in Provo, Utah to Wilford and Elma Taylor Haws.
He married Beverly Jean Mikkelsen on February 6, 1943 in Oakland, California, where they spent most of their married life. He served his country in the United States Navy during World War II.
Marsden was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and was responsible for bringing the gospel to his wife and children.
He was preceded in death by his wife Beverly and by one great granddaughter. He is survived by his sons, Marsden Amos (Marie) Haws, Jr., living in Saudi Arabia, John Bruce Haws, of Bountiful, Utah; a daughter, Nancy (Larry) Hayes, of Bountiful, Utah; two sisters, Nadine Greenwood and Mary Lynn Peterson; ten grandchildren; and twenty-eight great grandchildren.
