Weinberg, who is an award-winning producer of such children's programs as, "Caillou", and "Arthur." Charest also produced such films and television shows as, "Are You Afraid Of The Dark?," "The Wondeful Wizard Of Oz," "Bonjour Timothy," "The Little Lulu Show," "Animal Crackers," "Emily Of New Moon," and "Mona The Vampire," among others. Charest and her husband later sold there shares in the animated studio when the company became involved in a scandal that cost the company $122 million dollars. The company was bought in March 2004 for 143.9 million dollars. Charest passed away in Montreal, on April 14, 2004, at the age of 51, during plastic surgery.
