According to Charles Joline's Death Certificate he was born November 10, 1860 and died January 5, 1916.
I have chosen to believe that the March 27, 1850 birth date is correct based on all US Census listing him as being born in 1850 and one listed March as his birth date. Also in the 1900 census he had been married 24 years and this would have made him 16 at the time of marriage if he was born in 1860, while this is surely possible, I believe it is unlikely.
I have chosen to believe that he died on January 5, 1916 as the death certificate says because there is also an Obituary in 1916 confirming his death. Transcript of obituary is below the biography.
