Mrs. Jones was born Dec. 30, 1917. She was a member of New Bethel CM Church. One of her favorite statements was that she pulled up many a weed and planted a flower in its place. Mrs. Jones was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by all of her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, John Calvin Jones Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Calvin Jones; sons, Jerry (Rosanna) Jones, Bill (Joyce) Jones and Tom (Jo Ann) Jones; daughters, Marilyn (Jerry) Keener and Carolyn Jones, her loving caregiver; daughter-in-law, Joyce P. Jones; grandchildren, Jan (Peter) Rowe, David (Wendy) Jones, Tyler Jones, Ashley Jones, Mary Margaret (Jeff) Lopez, Neill (Lindy) Jones, Amy (Josh) Foster, Julie (Aaron) Foster, Matt Keener and Greg (Debbie) Jones; great-grandchildren, Jeffrey Lopez, Holden and Kathryn Rowe, Caleb, Lydia, Ethan and Elizabeth Foster, Conner Foster, Madelyn Jones and Amanda Allen; brother, Jack (Alene) Nelson; sister, Alice Thrasher; many loving nieces and nephews; and special nephews, Brett McGehee and Tommy Nelson.
