Dulcenia Martin Webb was born 19 Jun 1891 according to some, and May of 1892 according to others. In older records her given name is spelled Dulcena.

She was the daughter of Abner Jones Martin and Olive Jane Owens, his wife.

Some records give her birthplace as Kentucky, while others show it as Virginia.

The records show her as having three children with Paul Mullins: Donald Martin Mullins, Carra (or Carolyn) Mullins and William Mullins.

She had a daughter, Oma Tennessee Branham, by Miles Branham.

She married Edward Webb, and they had a daughter, Beatrice Webb.

I have been unable to find marriage records online to show the true relationships of Dulcena with the fathers of her children.

Dulcena's life came to a tragic and untimely end on 29 Jan 1926. The family, along with their household goods, were loaded onto a wagon transporting them from Fullerton, in Greenup County, Kentucky, to a farm that they were to occupy and work, near Warnock in Greenup County, Kentucky. As they traveled, the wagon overturned, pinning little Beatrice Webb and breaking her neck. Dulcena and her son, William, were thrown by the wreck into the swollen waters of Tygart's Creek, where they drowned.

The three were buried in Mount Olive Cemetery on East Tygart's Creek Road, Greenup County, Kentucky. Today, their grave is marked with a single stone with all three names upon it. I was told that her daughter, Oma, erected the stone in their memories.
