Lena Ruby Fulkerson was the oldest daughter of Amos Charles Fulkerson & Philadelphia L. Webster. The family moved to Kansas and purchased farmland. Lena taught school in many areas of Kansas. She married Edward Leon Bradley, they had 2 children - Mariellen & Charles. Lena married her second husband later in life Mr. Ed Kaufman and they had hoped to travel, but his health didn't allow that to happen. After her second husband also died, she traveled with teacher friends on summer vacation trips. She enjoyed life and her 9 grandchildren. Lena was a joy to be around, her favorite Bible verse - All things work together for good, to those called according to His purpose. She had lots of tragedies in her life, and worked hard to raise her 2 children.
