FRANK BLUMA DIES AT HOME HERE
Frank Bluma, 79, formerly of Oak Mills died at 6:30 o'clock this morning at his home, 601 South Seventh. He had been ill the last 2 1/2 years.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Harouff-Bius funeral home. Burial will be in the Round Prairie cemetery.
Mr. Bluma was born at Oak Mills Nov. 7 , 1868, and farmed in that vicinity until he moved to Atchison six years ago. He was considered an industrious and hard working man all his life.
He was married to Lena George on June of 1895 and she died March 31, 1936. In April 28, 1937, he and Emma Sanders of Potter, were united in marriage.
Surviving are his wife; two brothers, Joe Bluma of Oak Mills and Fred Bluma of Hartford Conn; three sisters, Annie Krammerzell of Freedom, Okla., and Dora Quiet; and Mary Rathbert, both of Hiawatha; a step-son, Laymon Sanders of Potter, and a grandson John Edward Sanders of Kansas City.
Three brothers, Adam Bluma, Bill Bluma, and Gus Bluma, preceded him in death.
