Astor Lee Bobb, 76, of Swansea, died unexpectedly Monday in his home.
Mr. Bobb was born in Newberry County, a son of the late Thompson and Ida Beard Bobb. He had made his home in Prosperity before moving to Swansea in 1970. He was a retired textile employee.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Bachman Chapel Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Cora Fulmon Bobb; three sons, David Bobb of Chicago, Charles Bobb of Atlanta and Ira Lee Bobb of Joanna; two daughters, Mrs. Jessie Linville of Swansea and Mrs. Helen Deyton of Cross Hill; and a sister, Mrs. Maggie Johnson of Kinards.
