Kurt Noel Butler, 26, of Oxnard, CA., died Saturday December 5, 1987 in Los Angeles of complications following a kidney transplant performed on November 16. He was born December 25, 1960 in Salt Lake City to Lavar M. and Janet Vivian Wilkinson Butler. He is survived by his parents of Springville; two brothers and two sisters: Barry L. Butler, Simi Valley, CA; Gregg W. Butler, Thousand Oaks, CA; Danielle B. Hyatt, Corvallis, OR., and Colette Butler, Springville; grandmother, Mrs. Grace B. Wilinson, Orem; his fiance, Esperanza Perfino, Oxnard, CA. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jodi Lyn Butler, who also died of complications following a kidney transplant.
