Alyce graduated from Galena High School in 1956. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Riverton, Kansas.
She married Monty Lee Phipps Oct 12 1957 in Galena, Cherokee, Kansas. He passed away Aug 17, 2009
She is survived by two sons, Scott and Connie Phipps, and Jeff and Cindy Phipps; two grandsons Greg Phipps and Michel Phipps; two brothers David Bullard, Galena, KS and Arthur and Dixie Bullard, Galena, KS; six sisters, Lola Miles, Roseburg, OR, Phyllis and Harold Singer, Nixa, MO, Mary Ann Little, Galena, KS, Julia M Bullard, Galena, KS, Betty Bullard, Galena, KS and Oda Jean Coley, Rocklin, CA.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph William Bullard and Excell E. Bullard, her parents and her husband.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday March 10 in Oak Hill Cemetery, Galena, KS. Rev Jack Jones will officiate. Vistitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday night at Derfelt Funeral Home, Galena, KS.
