Chuck was a clerk at Harper Sports Shop on Harper Avenue in Detroit for years. When I was a child I went in there all the time fascinated that he was my Grandmother's brother; as I never knew my Grandmother. Uncle Chuck use to chew tobacco and always had a big wad of it in the side of his mouth. He will always be remembered.

Chuck is survived by his son Fredrick (Geraldine) Floer and a grandson Mark Floer. He is predeceased by his wife Marion in 1985 and both of parents Charles T and Elizabeth.
