Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 26 at Pearce Funeral home in Marshall with the Rev. David Deal officiating. Burial will be in the Marshall Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Shaw Chapel in Burnsides Nursing Home and from 4 to 8 p.m at the Pearce Funeral Home. There will also be visitation from 7 a.m. until service time on Thursday.
She was born November 22, 1900 at Sullivan, County, Ind., the daughter of Modest and Anna (Myles) Bohn. She married Doit Lichtenberger on September 2, 1925 at Marshall and he preceded her in death on January 3, 1990.
Survivors include three sisters, Margaret Bohn of West Union, Maxine Bohn of Rantoul, and Evelyn Clark of Brownsburg, Ind. and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by four brother and one sister.
She and her husband were pie bakers for the Real Pie Bakery in Indianapolis, Ind. for 12 years. They later owned and operated the Lichtenberger Hardware Store at Marshall. She was a member of the Clark County Republican Women, Home Extension Eckle Unit, Clark County Historical Society, Forever Young Chorus, a 30 year member of the Burnsides Guild and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
