Andres Lopez Rosas passed away on the 2nd of March, 2012 at the age of 71 years. He was born in Kingsbury to Esteban and Maria Lopez Rosas in 1940. Andres was preceded in death by his parents; brothers David and Domingo Rosas; sister Santos Rosas; grandson Shaun Lasson Gould; great grandson Matthew June Cantu. He is survived by his wife, Dominga Corona Rosas; daughters: Diana Chapman with husband Aubrey, Ernestine Ryan Ortega with husband Salvador, Melissa Rodriguez with husband Greg, and Linda Rosas; brothers: Raul Rosas with wife Flo, Jerry Rosas with wife Lisa, Santiago "Jimmy" Rosas with wife Alicia, and Manuel Rosas with wife Juanita; sisters: Olivia Rosas, Elida Rodriguez with husband Juan, Carmen Chavez, and Maria House; grandchildren: Samuel Saenz, Jr. with wife Cindy, Erica Marie Cantu with husband Sgt. Mark Cantu, Sr., Cory Ryan Gould, James Robert Ryan, Vince Andrew Rodriguez, Alyssa Renee Gould, Abigail Lauren Martinez, and Justin Lee Edwards; great grandchildren: Victoria Malee Saenz, Mark Anthony Cantu, Jr., Emily Louanne Cantu, and Elexus Rose Cantu; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held in the chapel of Goetz Funeral Home from 5-9 pm on Tuesday, March 6th, with a Rosary service commencing at 7:30. A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Goetz Funeral Home at 10 am on Wednesday, March 7th, with interment following at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers are Samuel Saenz, Jr., Cory Ryan Gould, James Robert Ryan, Vince Andrew Rodriguez, Sgt. Mark Anthony Cantu, Sr., and Justin Lee Edwards.
