Isaac Byers, an old resident of Hensley township, met with a very serious accident on Saturday while hauling wheat to Morgantown. In driving over the railroad track at that place, he was thrown from the wagon, and, falling upon his back, received a very dangerous injury. He was carried to the residence of R. M. Dill, and was found to be paralyzed from the effects of his fall. He was taken to his residence on a stretcher, on Monday, and now lies in a very precarious condition, with but little hopes of recovery.
