Keith Atkinson, 87, of Memphis passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Methodist Hospice House-Memphis.

He was a retired national sales manager with Gestetner Corporation, served in the Royal Canadian Navy during Word War II, loved restoring antique cars, fishing and playing golf.

Mr. Atkinson was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Bernice Atkinson; brother, Jack Atkinson; and is survived by his daughter, Laurie Atkinson Keltner of Germantown; sons, Wayne Atkinson of Los Angeles, CA and Bill Atkinson of Olive Branch, MS; sister, Pat Andrukow of Calgary Alberta Canada; brother, Ken Atkinson of Winnipeg MB Canada; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2012 and a funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm, Sunday, March 4, 2012 both at Memorial Park Funeral Home with the interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be sent to Methodist Hospice House, 6416 Quince Road, Memphis, TN 38119.
