Ivy graduated from Westwood High School in May, 2011. She quickly became crew trainer at McDonald's. Her dream was to become an interior designer. She enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, and time spent with family and friends. Ivy was an organ donor and has saved three lives thus far.
Ivy is survived by her parents Adam and Amanda (Black) Johnson and Mark Smith. Brothers: Wesley Johnson, Damion Segall, Jeffery, Jacob, and Jayce Smith along with Brandon Johnson. Sisters: Alyssa Smith, Emma and Ashley Johnson. Fiancé Anthony Tyler. Grandparents: Donna and Gene Scarbrough, Jerry Liddel and Terry Black. Nephew Wesley Johnson Jr. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother Joshua Smith. A service will be held , Monday, March 5th at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1852 N. Stapley Dr, Mesa, at 10:30a.m. With a viewing at 9:00a.m., burial will be at the City of Mesa Cemetery, 1212 N. Center St., Mesa. Live life to the fullest. Laugh until you cry. Love unconditionally. Just a little guidance and she flew.
