CONOVER ~ Grady C. Finger, 90, 1860 Hampton Drive, formerly of 1860 Southside Road, Lincolnton, died Nov. 14, 2001.
He was a native of Lincoln County, son of the late Charles and Texanna Carpenter Finger, husband of the late Margaret Finger, retired supervisor from D.E. Rhyne Mills.
Survivors include a son, Charles W. Finger, Springfield, Tenn.; daughter, Margaret F. Hester, Conover; brother, Claude Finger, Vale; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren
He was preceded in death by one granddaughter; two brothers; four sisters
Funeral is 3 p.m. Friday, Southside Baptist Church, Rev. Darrell Saunders; body will be placed in church 30 minutes before service
Burial will be the Church cemetery
Pallbearers are David Hester, Steven Grigg, Ron and Jordan Atchley, Mark Canipe, Rusty Rash, Ken Hoyle
