James A. Schmok, 54, of Sunnymede Avenue, South Bend, passed away at 12:30pm on Sunday, March 20, 2005, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center.
He was born on February 1, 1951, in South Bend, to Edward Albert and Dorothy Irene (Suabedissen) Schmok, who preceded him in death.
James is survived by a sister, Nancy Ann Schmok of South Bend; brothers, Charles Edward Schmok and Robert Dale Schmok, both of South Bend; four nephews, Steven E. Schmok of South Bend, Scott A. Schmok of Dripping Springs TX; Kenneth C. Schmok of Fishers IN; and Kevin C. Schmok of McKinney TX and by 11 great nieces and nephews.
James was a lifelong member of Grace United Methodist Church.
