Sandie Bunch Meredith, age 69, of Powell, went home to be with The Lord September 19, 2013.
She was an active member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church for over 35 years. There she was a new member greeter/counselor, front desk volunteer, active in the Dr. Larry Wolfe Bible Study Group, and instrumental in locally establishing F.A.I.T.H., an evangelism process which expanded to over ten thousand churches.
Professionally, Sandie was an agent with Caldwell Banker. Preceded in death by first husband, David E. Bunch; parents Fred and Elizabeth Murray.
Survived by husband Herman Meredith; son and daughter-in-law Rusty and Becky Bunch; grandsons, and loves of her life, Dillon and Davis Bunch; brother and sister-in-law Ted and Brenda Murray; second mother Jane Shoemaker; a host of other family and friends.
Service will be 6pm Sunday Wallace Memorial Baptist church, Dr. Mike Boyd and Rev. Kent Williams officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wallace Memorial Baptist Church.
Family and friends will meet 10:45am Monday at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for interment at 11am. Family will receive friends 4-6pm Sunday at Wallace Memorial Baptist Church. Arrangements by Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
