He was born October 16, 1964 in Hinsdale, Illinois and was the eighth son of Joan and John Miller. He was the youngest brother to seven siblings: John, Elaine, Bob, Ellen, Michael, Susan and Carol.
On June 22, 1996 he married Megan Powers. He is the father to two beautiful daughters, Madeline and Samantha, who were his pride and joy.
In 1999, he relocated to Boise, ID and quickly fell in love with the area. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, boating, camping, and especially playing with his daughters.
He was a wonderful husband and father with an incredible zest for life. He will be greatly missed by many wonderful friends and family.
A celebration of Gerry's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at the Relyea Funeral Chapel, Boise. Family will greet and visit with friends starting at 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
An educational fund has been established for his children's education.
