BBOONEVILLE – Danny Joe Barron, 57, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born Dec. 11, 1955, to Joe and Frances Millstead Barron. He was a Methodist and a carpenter.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel in Booneville with Bro. Jimmy Glover officiating. Burial will be in East Prentiss Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Jacobs Barron; one daughter, Stacey Barron of Booneville; his father, Joe Barron; two sisters, Cindy (David) Hood of Kirkville and Sandy (Jimmy) McGough of Belmont; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Barron.
Pallbearers are Macky Denson, Brad Wilemon, Jonathan Hood, Joey Hood, Justin Whitten, Bobby Taylor, Billy Taylor and Jimmy McGough.
