Colton — Funeral services for Mrs.
Myrtle M. Gotham, 49, wife of Linton
Gotham, Route 1, Colton, were held at 11
a.m. Friday, March 22,1974 at the Buck
Funeral Home, Colton, with the Rev.
William Rogers of the Emmanuel
Baptist Church officiating. Spring burial
will be in Pleasant Mound Cemetery,
Colton.
Mrs. Gotham was pronounced dead on
arrival at the Canton Unit, Central St.
Lawrence Health Services, Wednesday
morning, March 20, 1974. She had been
ill for six months.
Mrs. Gotham is survived by besides
her widower, four children, Paul and
Linton, Jr., at home; Leroy.of Colton,
Mrs. Sally Haefner, Victor; four
grandchildren; nine brothers; Alec,
Clifford, Nelson, Earl, Frank and
Stewart Bush, all of Oswegatchie;
Robert Bush, of Fine; Richard Bush,
Star Lake, and.John Bush, Rossie; three
sisters: Mrs. Jane Paro, Mrs. Mary
Boyea and Mrs. Dorris Hubbard, all of
Oswegatchie; nieces and nephews.
She was born in Oswegatchie Aug. 22,
1924, daughter of John and Ella Beebe
