KIEBLER
Howard L. Kiebler Sr., 77, of 1610 18th St., died early Monday at his residence.
A native of Portsmouth and a retired Portsmouth fire chief, he was employed by the Automobile Club of Southern Ohio. He was a member and Sunday school teacher at Franklin Ave. United Methodist Church, and served on the boards of the Auto Club and The Salvation Army.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Alice Pulsing Kiebler; a son, Richard of Columbus, and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Daehler Funeral Home, with Rev. Marvin Dowson officiating. Interment is to be in Memorial Burial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
