Walter Irvin Karrick, 69, of 185 Whispering Pines, Clearfield, KY, passed away Saturday February 25, 2012.
Born July 8, 1942 at Salt Lick, KY, the son of the late Walter Kaleb and Mable Louise Bashford Karrick. He was a Navy Veteran serving during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include 1 brother, Robert Brooks Karrick of Fleming Co., 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, were 2 brothers, Dennis Karrick and George Karrick and 1 sister, Donna Karrick Greenfield.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday February 28, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Jones Cemetery where burial will follow. Visitation will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday at Powell Funeral Home.
