She was a Homemaker and Pediatric Nurse for Sparks Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband Clyde Leverett of the Home; three daughters, Skyla Autry of Fort Smith, Elizabeth Garner of Fort Smith, and Catherine Powell of Alma; one son, David Leverett of Fort Smith; her mother, Bonnie Jones of Fort Smith; Daddy and Step mother, Jim and Kay Trammell of Westfork, AR, and Father, Charles Clements of Pocahontas, AR; one sister, Maranda Leeper of Fort Smith; step sister, Heather Chandler; one brother, Tony Trammell of Westfork AR; and eleven grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Friday, March, 2, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the U.S. National Cemetery all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Brad Trammell, William Leeper, Jerrome Wallace, and Timothy Billings.
