She was born on March 27, 1927 in Tinsman, Arkansas.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Clayborn; two sons, Robert "Buddy" Clayborn and Randall "Randy" Clayborn; her grandson, Johnny Evans; her son-in-law, Frankie Sullivan; her parents, Frank Hand and Ada Bell Moore Hand; five brothers; and three sisters.
She is survived by three daughters: Lucy Johnson (Pete), Brenda Clowers (Ray), and Janet Sullivan; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; five bonus grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
The graveside services will be held at Earnest Cemetery near Tinsman.
