OBIT: Janesville Daily Gazette on Dec 9th, 1957 page 14: "Services were held in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church today for Martin Quincannon, 82, Blacksmith and Grocer, who died Friday in Lakeland Hospital, Elkhorn. The Rev. H. J. O'Connor officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. The son of Michael and Mary Holland Quincannon, he was born March 15, 1875 in Lake Geneva. He was married to Mae Hlinka, Sept. 26, 1906 in Menominee, Mich. He was a blacksmith here except for five years when he operated a grocery store and meat market in Delavan. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs William Foote, Wisconsin Rapid; A son, Martin of Greensboro, N. C.; and nine grandchildren."
