Jesse Stephen Monsen, infant son of R. Tod and Rae Jean Munson Monsen, was born Wednesday, December 8, 1993, at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and died the same day of birth complications.
He is survived by his parents of Springville; brothers and sister: Joshua T. Monsen, Jenny L. Monsen, Jacob S. Monsen, Jedidia J. Monsen, all of of Springville; grandparents: stephen and Lois Monsen, Mapleton; and Robert and Mavis Munson, Escalante. He was preceded in death by a sister, Amy R. Monsen.
Burial was December 11, 1993.
