Ashley Breanna Black, age 2, died April 13, 1995, in Provo, Utah, from injuries sustained in an auto/pedestrian accident. She was born on July 8, 1992, in Layton, Utah, the daughter of Loren D. and Anginette E. Sam Black. She is survived by her parents: Loren and Angie Black of Springville; one brother and one sister: Loren Tyler Black and Shannon Denise Black, both of Springville; grandparents: Mrs. Carol Roberts of Salt Lake City; Terry Black of Federal Way, Washington; David and Betty Sam of Springville; great-grandparents: Frank E. Jones of Pleasant Grove, Utah; Ruth Middleton of Knoxville, Tennessee; and Thomas Brennan of Grand Junction, Colorado. Burial was April 17, 1995.
