Dr. Clarence J. Albaugh was the fourth child of the seven children born to Henry and Mary Longenecker Albaugh. He was born in Warrensburg, Missouri July 22, 1878. He graduated from Kingman High School, Kingman, Kansas in 1895, attended Kansas State University and in 1908 graduated from Pennsylvania University in Medicine and Surgery. He practiced Medicine in Salt Lake City for 30 years and was County Physician, President of Utah State Medical Society and later an Eye Specialist in Los Angeles, California where he was licensed in 1942. He married Lena Reichrine who was born in Heidelburg, Germany in 1883. He died May 9, 1968 in Los Angeles of carcinoma of the lung, aged 89.
