Eskey worked at the Luke Paper Mill and served on a the Liberty ship USS Acconius in the South Pacific repairing PT Boats during WW2.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday at the Boal Funeral Home for Charles Eskey
Fazenbaker, 75, of State Route ?135, Bloomington, who died last Wednesday in Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, as a result of injuries sustained in a two-car accident one hour earlier on. U.S. Route 220, just north of McCoole. The Rev. Sumner Sawyers. officiated and burial was in Bloomington cemetery,

Serving as pallbearers were Elton Mckenzie, Frank Price, Allan Schaeffer, Gerald Harrison, Charles Robertson, Ravmond Chaney, William Metz and A: Hoyle, members of KellyMansfield Post 52 and Victory Post 155, American Legions.

Mr.Fazenbaker was one of the drivers involved in the 6:40 p.m. mishap, according to State PoliceThe other driver, Richard Wayne Haggerty, 19, of RD3, Rawlings was admitted to Potomac Valley Hospital in fair condition

Police said Mr Fazenbaker's car was traveling south on Route 220. crossed the highway at an intersection one and three-tenths miles north of McCoole and was struck in the northbound lane by the Haggerty car, traveling north toward Rawlings.
The accident occurred at the intersection with old Route 220 , TFC Charles Hinnant investigated the accident

The victim was born in .Bloomington and was the son of the late George and Carrie (Wise) Fazenbaker His wife, Mary A (Duckworth) Fazenbaker,preceded him in death in 1971

He was a retired employe of Martin Aircraft, Baltimore; a Navy Veteran of World War II, life member of Victory Post 155, American Legion, Westernport; Black Hawk Tribe 131, Order IRedman. Cumberland iClub and Tri-Towns and Are Senior Citizens.
