MONROE — Mrs. Fred J. Steinman, 76, of 1013 Eleventh ave., Monroe, died Thursday night at a Monroe hospital.

The former Martha Trickel, she was born in Clarno township. She was married Mar. 14, 1906. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical church, the Order of Eastern Star, and the Royal Neighbors of America.

Survivors include her husband; two sisters, Mrs. Mathilda Courtney and Mrs. Ollie Thorp, both of Monroe, and three brothers, Joseph
Trickel, Monroe; Charles Trickel, Hudson, S.D., and Albert
Trickel, California.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Shriner-
Neushwander funeral home, the Rev. Paul C. Kehle of St, John's
Evangelical church officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
