Lois Cohen, renowned and respected artist, passed away on February 19, 2012, just shy of her 93rd birthday, with her family by her side.
She began her career at a very young age and was an illustrator in the motion picture industry and a prolific artist.
She leaves behind four children and five grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A Celebration of her Life and the opening of a 2 month showing of her art, will be held at the James Snidle Gallery in downtown Chico on April 5, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m.
