Dolores was born in the Union community in Delaware County, Okla., to Thack Riley and Lillian Cockrell. She lived in the area all of her life. She received a bachelor of science degree from Northeast State College in Tahlequah, Okla., and a master's in education from the University of Oklahoma. Dolores retired from the Siloam Springs School District, where she had taught Spanish. She was a member of the Community Christian Fellowship in Siloam Springs.
Her husband, Robert Eugene Clemens, preceded her in death.
She was 83 when she passed away at her home in Siloam Springs, AR.
